Flexitankcontainer
The Flexitankcontainer was constructed for storage of liquids in 20´ or 40´ steelcontainer. It is a flexible and very strong package for storage of liquid food stuff ( i.e. water, wine, etc. ) also for industrial liquids ( i.e. liquid fertiliser, palm-oil, rape-oil or similar substances ) if the liquid are not restricted goods. We deliver a multiple tested tanksystem consisting of helltra®-Flexitank and helltra®-Bulkhead.
If you wish, we could do optional a lot of changings. An example may be a heating or isolation. This combination was constructed and optimized based on our experience from a lot of multitude field reports from our customers. Guideline of our development and production was a safe, user-oriented and cheap product as alternative to a standard tankcontainer.
After production, each helltra®-Flexitank was tested by high airpressure before he was delivered to our customers. The low-cost helltra®-Bulkhead consists of full weld steelplates and steelchannel. The advantage of our helltra®-Bulkheads is based on a safe acceptance of loading of the filled tank. The next advantage is a double-wall. The result is that no pressure is pushing on the container doors. The operating stuff was protected from danger that extinguish from normal bulkheads ( i.e. partially fractured or sagged wooden bulkheads )
We produce the helltra®-Flexitanks in two sizes : - 24 cbm for 20´steelcontainer - 48 cbm for 40´steelcontainer
